Good physical training, in addition to warming up, rehydration, and a balanced diet, includes adequate rest so that your body can recover and assimilate the training.
The ideal time to recover after physical activity is between 8 and 10 hours. The ideal time to rest is at night. It should not be done right after exercise because training can be so stressful that you may not be able to fall asleep.
Do not forget to leave a space of 2 hours before going to sleep. Digestion also consumes blood and energy, so if you lie down after eating you will be making recovery less effective and digestion will take longer.
